We work closely with our clients to better understand their swimming pool or hot tub requirements. Having worked in the swimming pool industry for 5 years we know that customers are happiest when they receive quality workmanship from a familiar face that knows their system inside out.
Our pool maintenance service can include weekly, bi-weekly, annual commissioning or winter visits. Outdoor pools generally require weekly attention while indoor pools may only need bi-weekly maintenance. We can make a bespoke service which suits you and your pools needs.
We recommend opening up your pool in Spring to identify and rectify any issues which may have occurred over winter so when the hot weather arrives your pool is fully functional, clear and ready to start heating. You don’t need to heat your pool as soon as you open it but it is important to get the pool balanced and circulating so it’s ready.
This includes two visits. When commissioning an outdoor pool for the season we get the pool pump running, dose with shock chlorine, allowing the filter and chemicals to clarify the water and return later to vacuum and finish commissioning the pool. Approximate time on site 3 hours.When we decommission the pool for winter we recommend mid winter check for your pool. To ensure water levels haven’t increased dramatically due to rainfall. We also sanitise again with chlorine. This will mean that when commissioning time comes around in the spring, removing your winter cover will be a delight as the pool will be free from algae and open for use sooner. Approximate time on site 3 hours.
